Day and Vid - Notification of Adoption

Day and Vid are a twin who are offered for virtual adoption via the Basenotes Adoption Group (BAG). BAG are very sensitive to the feelings and market value of those in its temporary care, and therefore insist upon a rigorous Vetting procedure for prospective adopters.

Once BAG is satisfied that the adopters are capable of delivering lambs, delousing cats, putting dogs to sleep and demonstrating other procedures one would expect from a Vet, then - and only then - will they be considered as virtual parents for Day and Vid.

Day is the human of the twin and is very fond of his balloon brother, Vid. On their many trips out together, Day ensures that Vid is always held securely. Day will not let Vid down. Despite being a balloon with the superimposed face of his brother, Vid is a cheery chap with a sunny disposition. He is easy going, but does tend to have an inflated opinion of himself. He also tends to float to the ceiling if not tied securely to a chair.
