NOTE:Halton has two Labour Constituencies within the Borough. Halton CLP covers the vast part of the Borough with Weaver Vale CLP covering East Runcorn. Halton GMC meet every 4th Friday of the month with the exception of April, August and December. All Party members are invited to attend GMC meetings and take part in Policy discussions and debates.
